This book was nothing to rave about! You don't know who the girl is he is in love with, or falling for. And the Alfa male is a wuss, he is in love with every woman he meets. Nothing happens in this book, every thought that Harris has is two to three pages long. This book is about Harris pontificating on why he keeps falling in love or having blackouts. I will not recommend this book, but I will read the next installment, because I'm just a gluten for a punishment. I gave it one star I couldn't in good conscience give more.Product details

I see promise here. The first book was rather mundane but the main character shows promise. He wants to change which is a very unimaginable fete because why would someone not want all that money? He is on the right track for the first time in his life so lets keep reading to see what makes him happier than money.
The writing is way over the top ridiculous. The story is awful. As I am reading I am thinking that Harris Thorn is a serial killer. Do not waste your time.
It's a good story. The writer has the characters go off on tangents frequently. I was skipping ahead just to get back to the story instead of all the flashbacks. Then the story just ends.... That's it.... Time to purchase other book. Which I don't find myself wanting to do...
I pretty disappointed with this book. First of all it only has a few chapters then you have to buy the next books in the series for $2.99 a pop. All the "books" are this way. The plots were weak at best. I just finished the last book and was left with an instant feeling of THAT'S IT???? Waste of time and money in my opinion.
First off I find narrative type stories mostly boring as the reader does not feel involved. What dialogue there was was unimaginative and unreal. I skip read this "story?" In about 20 minutes. I have no interest in reading any more by this author.
This was part of what may or may not be a good story, but since it stopped abruptly I will never know unless I buy the ending in the next book. I feel cheated when a "series" is one story chopped off to force a reader to buy more. Disappointing to say the least.
It just didn't do it for me. There was no sensory language, the main character was very basic, in fact the whole story was. I like to read stories that have some sort of complex or unique quality, or at least good intense scenes, which this has none of. At this length, I recommend that books be filled with intense moments between the 2-3 main characters(not to mention only one main character was clearly seen throughout most of the book) and I actually skimmed through about half of this book because it was mostly narration of his thoughts, which weren't very wise considering he's a young billionaire. Won't be reading this series, sorry.
